Bamboo Stitch Dish Cloth pattern by Stacy Wilkinson This wash cloth is featured as week 4 of the 6 week Learn to Knit series. With the pattern, there is also a row by row checklist and a link to the video tutorial where I walk you through each step of knitting this project. The final outcome is a lovely, textured and useful wash cloth.

For the sample, I used less than a skein of Lilly Sugar'n Cream yarn in the color ''Swimming Pool''. You can use any cotton yarn that you like, however the pattern is written for the Medium 4 weight yarn. The pattern is written for an 8.5'' x 8.5'' cloth, but is completely and easily customizable to adjust the width and length to any size that you like.

Pattern by Darla J. Fanton Two-colour Tunisian Crochet scarf, with a flat keyhole (each side done in one colour), and pointy/diamond ends which give it the _bow tie_ look. Nifty. Needs a stitch-holder to hold each side when doing the keyhole.

This case is worked all in one piece and folds like a book. The hook pockets are crocheted into the case. This case holds 10 hooks.

It is mostly half double crochet (hdc) with a small amount of single crochet (sc) and uses the slip stitch (sl st) to close it and to create the drawstring. The crochet handbag, finished, measures 7 inches across and 11 inches tall, can be made larger, and can easily be lined with fabric.
