This was fun! A Sandburgian monologue, not that long, relating to us testing, senses, and friendship.

Every once in a while, I'm reminded of how extremely cool it is to have my own personal Sentinel. I think I maintain a constant state of awe at Jim's abilities anyway, but there are some days when it just hits me over the head, like, "Holy heightened senses, Batman! Did you see what he just did?"

The companion piece to "Sentinel of the Great Store", from Jim's point of view. This one had a few rough spots (no need to explain Jim's life history in the opening paragraphs, a few fanon references, and I think Jim's sense of humour is all his own, not a result of being corrupted by Blair) but this was fun too.
