Summary: Why Amy needed four psychiatrists...cameos from Doctors 1-10.

As well as showing us some delightfully in-character incidents from each Doctor, this does a really good job of explaining Amy's anger and frustration with the Doctor as well as her continued refusal to disbelieve in him.
