All these things that we've done (Doctor Who)

Characters: Third Doctor, Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart, Liz Shaw
(12K)
Summary: The one where the Brigadier and Liz Shaw travel as companions to the Third Doctor.
This was delightful. All three characters were spot-on (including the
Doctor's body language). This is the way that it would have been if this
had happened in canon. I also liked how there was character development,
the way that, being thrown together made the Brigadier and Liz Shaw come
to a better understanding and liking of each other.

Summary:The one where the Doctor comes back for little Amelia Pond.
What it says on the tin. The Doctor isn't used to looking after people who are
so small. Amelia would look after herself, only it's hard to reach the
TARDIS console when you're so short. This gives us snippets of their
adventures, and it is delightful. You will smile.
Five Times Jenny Met One of the Doctors Companions (Doctor Who)

(7K)
Summary:Jenny saves some civilisations, does a lot of running
and meets some of the Doctor's old friends.
This captures the enthusiastic naivete of Jenny, and the other
characters are in character too, painted with quick strokes. It would
never happen, but it's fun thinking about.

Characters: Donna Noble
(13K)
Summary: I'm a human being with the brain of a Time Lord and he's a
Time Lord trapped in a human body. Which isn't nearly as kinky as it
sounds.
I loved this. Yes, yet another post Journey's End Donna fixit story, but
you know I'm reading a lot of them right now. Anyway, this was goofy and
fun, and actually made sense too.
The Sacred Art of Stealing (Doctor Who)

Summary:A very serious and in no way silly story in which the
Doctor attempts to pinch Sarah Jane's companions.
In one word: delightful. Ten is very bouncy, Sarah is very wise.

Summary:"Do you ever get the feeling that we're the best two?"
Nice little gem. It isn't making fun of them when they're really like
that. (grin)
This Sporting Life (Doctor Who)

Summary:Sarah Jane thought that she had quite enough troubles
already, what with the bright purple man-eating aliens living in the
Thames. Then the Doctor turned up with a new face, an inexplicably northern
accent and a sex crazed American in tow.
Straightforward mayhem and running and escaping and cuppas; banter and snark.
It was really fun seeing Sarah Jane having an adventure with Nine and Jack;
this really got Sarah's PoV, her mix of exasperation and exhilaration, Nine's
infectious and goofy smile, and of course Jack being Jack.
