Summary: In which Donna Noble averts a (small) apocalypse; a crossover with The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

This gets much of the tone of Hitchhiker's Guide, with the Vogons being as ugly and bureaucratic as ever. And Donna keeps her head while all about are losing theirs, and it's magnificent.
