Rafe and Blair are stuck in a stake-out, and have a little heart-to-heart. Nice to have a fair look at Rafe for a change, an interesting filling out of his background. Mind you, it's ironical that Rafe as a full-fledged supporting character is almost solely a creation of fanon -- in canon it isn't even certain that Rafe is Henri's partner (just a reasonable deduction).
