Fantasie pendant, cool idea: rather than just wrap wire or do crochet around a central stone, why not bead around it? Not sure why that never occurred to me.

Copper pendant with beads, hammered wire, twisted wire, and a lovely basketweave sort of effect. Unusual because of the weave, and because there are three layers of wire before you get to the beads.

Interesting idea: rather than do hyperbolic crochet around a tiny crochet circle, do it as a half-circle on a wooden ring. That way you get to see all the curves of it. (I would choose a different colour-scheme than this one, though)

Combination of chain and crochet; I love the sweeping crochet in green and brown.

Oooh, now that is cool. Rather than an oval or circle, this is a bowed rectangle, made by four slightly curved hammered wires together. And then the inside of the area is filled with pearls and swirls.

Straight column of beads, with one wire curling around them in a corkscrew fashion. Simple but effective.

Wire-wrapped pendant, with silver beads forming the centre and points of an asymetrical flower. Cool. (I'm not sure where the original came from, this was posted on a forum)

Caged Aventurine ball, cage made up of S-shaped swirls and round rings bound together. Pretty. (original page gone)

This looks something like E4 on the bias, with different sizes of rings, with black glass rings sandwiched in between the silver rings, and black beads on the edges. (original listing gone)

Circles within circles. I wouldn't really think of this as a kaleidoscope image, but it is fascinating to look at. (original listing is gone, linking to artist)

Maille necklace with cascades of plastic scales in graduating colours (clear, blue, purple, black).

_This necklace is made from a large washer and a clipping from a vintage road map. Necklace is finished with several layers of clear varnish in a satin finish._ One could make something similar using maps from old out-of-date travel guides.

What I like about these is that at first I thought it was triskele spirals, but it isn't, it is one curly spiral and one S-shaped spiral. Simple yet elegant.

Swirly teardrop shape with a band of four wires on one side, each fanning out to curve back and attach to the spine, where there are beads too. Pretty.

Dramatic contrast between thick chunky yarn for the bulk of the top, with the neck and shoulder area done with fine yarn in a lacy stitch with big needles. Could do something similar with crochet, too.

Oval cabochons (or beads?) turned into turtles with bead netting and extra beads for the legs and head. Cute.

Simple yet elegant. Four wires swirling in a loopy teardrop.

Unlike other things I've seen made out of plastic bottles, these actually look good.

Noted for the fourth example on the page: a square-spiral-fractal pendant. Really cool.
